Victoria-based Giftbit, a digital payouts and gift card platform for businesses, has launched a series of new features aimed at simplifying reward delivery and strengthening its global offering.
The updates include seamless wallet integration for prepaid Visa® cards, enhanced reporting tools, and a broader international catalog of gift card options.
A highlight of the release is Giftbit’s new one-click “Add-to-Wallet” functionality. Recipients of prepaid Visa rewards can now instantly load their balance into Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay—no apps, logins, or manual data entry required.
“Smooth activation matters,” said Leif Baradoy, Giftbit’s CEO and founder. “Other vendors make people jump through hoops which lead to frustration and user fatigue. We’re focused on a seamless cardholder experience.”
The Visa update also introduces PIN support, enabling spending at gas stations and convenience stores.
To improve reward management, Giftbit has introduced a revamped reporting dashboard—one of the platform’s most requested features. The new “Rewards History” view lets customers filter sent rewards by date, brand, campaign, or status. Program managers can now more easily track unclaimed rewards, detect issues, and act quickly.
“The new Rewards History view has made it so much easier for us to stay on top of undeliverable rewards,” said Hunter Lisenby of United Communications. “We can quickly spot bad contact email addresses and fix the issue without digging through individual orders.”
On the international front, Giftbit has expanded its catalog to support local currency rewards in over 30 countries, with new options in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. The platform now enables businesses to deliver personalized incentives to recipients in their native currency.
Giftbit’s ongoing global expansion is further supported by strategic partnerships designed to make the reward catalog more resilient. “A strong catalog is key,” said Nat Salvione, Giftbit’s Chief Commercial Officer. “These partnerships help us deliver stable rewards anytime, anywhere.”
The platform now offers:
- Over 1,000 payout products
- Support for 30+ local currencies
- Funding in 25 currencies
- Regional brand coverage in 40+ countries
- Global prepaid card options available in 100+ countries
Giftbit’s latest release positions the company as a growing player in the fintech space, offering cross-border payout capabilities with the flexibility and user experience today’s enterprises demand.
