Givex Launches AI Solution That Helps Brands Upgrade and Automate Customer Engagement

And as technology advances, so does Givex. Amidst a backdrop of rapidly spreading artificial intelligence technologies, the Toronto company has launched GivexEngageAI.

GivexEngageAI is an AI-powered platform designed to deliver businesses tailored and personalized interactions through customer profiles to increase engagement.

By integrating AI into restaurant processes, for example, operators can leverage predictive analytics for staffing, demand forecasting, inventory control, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

“The launch of GivexEngageAI marks a new chapter for Givex, providing unparalleled insights into vital customer data and a flexible solution that enables brands to scale as they grow,” stated Mo Chaar, Chief Commercial Officer of Givex.

The future of business interactions is personalized, according to Chaar, and companies are looking for the next generation of tailored customer engagement. With EngageAI, business leaders will have
streamlined access to data on every customer interaction within a company’s technology ecosystem in order to support data-driven decision-making.

“We’re seeing a shift away from cookie-cutter marketing programs, and GivexEngageAI enables businesses to send relevant communications to each customer based on their profile and purchase history,” said Chaar.

With 360° Customer Profiles, companies can gain understanding of the consumer. These profiles lay the groundwork for intelligent, automated campaigns that manifest across multiple channels (from push notifications to texts) based on purchase history and similar profiles, according to the COO.

“Through a streamlined platform that eliminates the need to consolidate data from multiple sources, this solution will allow businesses to cultivate deeper customer relationships effortlessly, and increase customer conversion and retention,” he believes.

Last year, Givex introduced several enhancements to its digital gift card suite including adding video and animating their e-gift card deliveries.

Givex trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange as GIVX. Shares in the company are up 70% over the past year.
