Expensify has announced an international expansion that includes a Canadian launch.
The Silicon Valley-born financial management super app for expenses and corporate cards this month says the “sweeping expansion” features support for corporate card import from 10,000+ more banks worldwide, in addition to multilingual capabilities, and beta access to the Expensify Card in Canada.
“Now, companies everywhere can handle expenses, cards, reimbursements, and more, entirely within Expensify,” says David Barrett, who founded Expensify back in 2008.
Expensify offers an all-in-one platform to automates expense management from receipt scanning and corporate cards to travel booking and reimbursements.
The platform promises realtime visibility, smart integrations, and powerful insights to make better financial decisions.
This includes Concierge, Expenisfy’s AI-powered assistant tool, which Barrett claims is “getting smarter by the day.”
Currently, Expensify counts 15 million customers; this global rollout could add significant additional numbers to that figure.
“This is a big day,” Barrett said. “It’s no exaggeration to say everything we’ve done for years has been in preparation for this: bringing you the fastest way to do your expenses, anywhere in the world.”
Expensify’s timing couldn’t be better. The company embedded its brand into Apple’s F1 movie starring Brad Pitt, showcasing strategic, authentic product placement to boost global visibility during racing season.
