D1g1t says its wealth technology platform has been selected by Goodreid Investment Counsel, a boutique investment management firm focused on high-net-worth investors and institutions.
The Toronto fintech’s Enterprise Wealth Management Platform is designed to transform the patchwork of legacy systems with an integrated platform that drives scale and operational efficiencies across the organization.
The company provides on-demand analytics across integrated workflows for reporting, billing, trading, compliance, and client engagement activities, promising clients “the best digital experience available in the market.”
D1g1t’s white-labelled investor portal and native mobile app empower clients to self-serve as well as collaborate with their advisor, according to a statement.
Goodreid, meanwhile, “has built its reputation on disciplined investment management, personalized asset allocation, and long-term client relationships,” says Dan Rosen, cofounder and chief executive officer of d1g1t.
Goodreid, also based out of Toronto, currently manages nearly $1 billion in assets.
Firms “with this level of client focus require technology that can support active portfolio management while giving clients the digital access and transparency they expect,” he says.
“We are proud to support Goodreid with a platform designed for complex wealth management operations and a more connected digital-first client experience,” the entrepreneur stated.
Adam Reid, Vice President of Corporate Development at Goodreid Investment Counsel, says the firm relied on legacy technology for 10 years.
“After a decade on our previous system, we needed a platform that could scale with our business and support the level of service our clients deserve,” he said.
“D1g1t gives our team the portfolio management, reporting, and client engagement capabilities we need in one platform, while helping us deliver a stronger digital experience for our clients,” said Reid.
Goodreid was founded as the Goodreid Investment Strategy in 1986 as part of a large North American brokerage.
Other institutions taking advantage of d1g1t’s fintech include Calgary’s Northern Light, Montreal’s PWL, Chicago’s Gresham, Victoria’s Burkett Asset Management, and Virgo Digital Asset Management. RBC has invested.
Last year, d1g1t launched a major upgrade to its enterprise platform.
