Webull Integrates AI Tech to Put ‘Powerful Tools Within Reach’ of Investors

November 2, 2026 by Knowlton Thomas Leave a Comment

Webull is deepening its technological integration through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Grok.

Users of the online investment platform can now connect their Webull accounts to popular AI assistants.

The connection runs on Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets AI assistants securely work with other applications.

This means that investors can research markets, review their portfolios, and place trades with no programming knowledge required, according to Michael Constantino, chief executive officer of Webull Canada.

“Advanced market research used to take expensive tools or hours of work,” he says. “Today, Canadian investors can run that analysis on their portfolios, in their own words.”

As AI becomes part of how investors research and follow the markets, demand is growing for tools that connect insights directly to an account.

“That’s what being an AI-native brokerage means to us,” Constantino says. “Putting powerful tools within reach of every investor, whether they’re opening their first TFSA or trading every day.”

Rollout is expected to be completed by early November.

The fintech is also challenging Canadians to put forth their best and boldest trading strategies in an effort to out-perform all peers for prizes.

Webull’s second paper trading competition in Canada, the five-week Bull Run Challenge across November and December grants Canadian traders the opportunity to test their strategies using virtual funds with $50,000 in total prizes up for grabs—no risk, all reward.

Participants start with $100,000 in virtual funds and have access to stocks and ETFs through Webull Canada’s trading simulator.

The Challenge gives traders and investors the opportunity to learn and practice under real market conditions in a risk-free environment, explains Constantino.

“The Bull Run Challenge allows participants to put their strategies to the test, explore our platform, and compete against other investors without putting their own capital at risk,” he says.

“Informed investors make for a stronger investing community,” Constantino believes.

“Whether you’re an experienced trader or just getting started, this competition offers a practical way to learn and engage with the markets,” he stated.

In the Canadian market since 2024, Webull serves more than 29 million registered users globally.
