Vancouver’s Fintel Connect is backing the creation of a new industry event set to reshape the future of performance marketing in financial services.
The partner marketing platform has signed on as the founding partner of the inaugural Financial Affiliate Marketing Forum (FAMF), taking place October 7, 2025, at The Quay in Toronto’s Financial District.
Founded by CardCon creator Jason Steele, FAMF aims to fill a crucial gap in the market by bringing together financial institutions, fintechs, publishers, and marketing leaders for a full day of strategic insights, peer networking, and partnership development.
“Partner marketing is an integral part of acquisition in financial marketing, and the industry lacked a forum for key stakeholders in this space to connect and collaborate,” said Nicky Senyard, CEO and Founder of Fintel Connect. “FAMF represents an exciting step forward for our industry and we’re proud to help bring it to life.”
Fintel Connect’s leadership in affiliate and partner marketing for over 100 financial brands—including Scotiabank, Ramp, and Western Alliance Bank—gives the company a unique vantage point to help shape the conversation around compliant, cost-effective growth.
FAMF will feature content on performance marketing best practices, regulatory compliance, influencer strategy, LTV optimization, and new customer acquisition. The event is designed to unite legacy financial institutions and emerging fintechs in a shared mission to elevate affiliate marketing as a critical lever for business growth.
“This isn’t your typical conference,” said Jason Steele, Founder of FAMF and CardCon. “It’s a space for real conversations, real connections, and real outcomes.”
